1. Summary

  • We collect no data.
  • No server, no account, no cloud.
  • Rules, audit logs, passwords, schedules and pairings live exclusively on your device.
  • We have no infrastructure that could leak, sell or be subpoenaed for your family's data — it doesn't exist.

2. What the app stores on your device

Encrypted at rest, exclusively local:

  • Argon2id hash of the parental password (the password is never written).
  • Child profiles, allowed apps, schedules, daily limits, SOS contacts.
  • Local audit log (Familia: 90 days default, up to 365 configurable; Free: 7 days). Used to compose the report email — we never transmit it.
  • Pairing material between guardian devices: X25519 keypair + derived shared secret.

Uninstalling the app, or pressing "Wipe all data" in Settings, removes all of this immediately.

3. What the app does NOT do

  • Does not contact any server we control.
  • No analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.
  • Does not read messages, calls, keystrokes or network traffic.
  • Does not track location.
  • Does not enroll your device into any MDM.
  • Does not transmit your child's data to any third party.

4. Payment and license

Payment is processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles your card, email and tax data; Quiles receives only the minimum needed to issue your license:

  • Internal license identifier (UUID).
  • SHA-256 hash of your lowercased email (not reversible).
  • Seat count and currency.

There is no buyer database in Quiles infrastructure. The license is signed and emailed to you; nothing is persisted afterwards.

5. Support email

If you write to soporte@quiles.app, we read it from an EU mailbox. We keep open threads for a maximum of 90 days after case closure, then delete them.

6. Rights

Because we don't centrally collect any data, there is no data set against which to exercise GDPR access, rectification or erasure rights (Art. 15-17). To erase local data: Settings → Wipe all data or uninstall.

7. Changes

Any change ships with the next app version. There is no remote-configuration channel that could alter this policy without an app update.
