Buying Quiles Familia grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the guardian and child apps on your family's devices, up to the number of seats included in your license (3 in Familia, +1 per extra seat purchased).

The license does not expire. Software updates within a major version (v1.x) are included.

You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked, in line with the EU consumer right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU). Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Email soporte@quiles.app with your purchase email.

• The app works as described on quiles.app and Google Play.
• No advertising, tracking or external SDKs will be added during the life of your license.
• We do not sell, give away or transfer your license or information to third parties.

• Absolute resistance against technical bypass by the child — no parental-control app is immune.
• Compatibility with exotic OEMs or modified ROMs (LineageOS without GMS, ROMs without standard Device Admin, etc.).
• Continued support for features that depend on Android APIs subject to deprecation by Google (notably Accessibility Service, legacy Device Admin and QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES). We maintain mitigation plans but cannot guarantee outcomes against platform changes.

Quiles' aggregate liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the license. This does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you have in your jurisdiction.

Quiles is designed for parental control in the domestic sphere (GDPR Art. 2.2.c). Using the app to surveil adults without consent, employees, or anyone outside a legal guardianship relationship is expressly prohibited and violates Google Play's stalkerware policy.

Material changes to these terms will be published at quiles.app/en/terms and announced in the next major release. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase continue to apply to your existing license.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Barcelona, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
